The Culers are in a tight financial situation
As a matter of FC Bayern Munich also said they want the money for Lewandowski to be payed upfront in cash as they believe the Catalan giants will not exist in a couple of years.
Although Robert Lewandowski has won 17 trophies with Bayern Munich, won five bundesliga golden boots in a row and one European golden shoe he would not be a good fit for FC Barcelona firstly because the club is in a very tight financial situation and should be focusing on fixing that situation instead of buying players.
Secondly because FC Barcelona already have Pierre Emerick Aubameyang who currently holds the role as a main striker at the club and Robert Lewandowski would not fit in their starting eleven as he cannot play as winger on either side and even if FC Barcelona was to play a 4-4-2 it would affect the attacking positions of Ferran Torres, Adama Traore and Ansu Fati
.
Lastly because FC Barcelona should be building around young players as Lewandowski will be 34 in August and if he was to come to FC Barcelona he would only be beneficial for one or two seasons and FC Barcelona need players who will last them five seasons and beyond.
A club like FC Barcelona needs to be building their team around young prospects like Pedri, Gavi, Ansu Fati, Ferran Torres, Riqui Puig, Ronald Araujo, Nico Gonzalez and other young talents that they have instead of focusing on Robert Lewandowski who would not be a good fit at the club.
