Whereas Trinidad & Tobago, Costa Rica, Mexico and Jamaica will have to pull the rabbit out of the hat if they are to qualify.

Futbol Mundial brings you the best action from the Nations League quarter finals.

Trinidad & Tobago managed to contain USMNT for the first 80 minutes of the game. Pepi connected beautifully with a cross from Gio Reyna to give USMNT the lead by the near post. Then Robinson made it 2-0 four minutes later with a left foot long range strike. Gio Reyna then rounded off the scoring from a tight angle after he was being closely marked. USMNT will now travel to Port of Spain on Monday for the second leg of the Nations League.

2023 Gold Cup finalists managed to ease away from Costa Rica with a 3-0 victory. Ever since Los Canaleros lost in the Gold Cup final they have only drawn once in six appearances. Costa Rica on the other hand have only managed to win three games in the whole of 2023 and they played 11 games in total. Panama opened the scoring through a Murillo freekick in the 4th minute. Fajardo then doubled the score by scoring in the top left corner after a quick break from Panama. Carrasquilla then played a beautiful ball into the path of Waterman who rounded off the scoring.

Mexico were stunned as Los Catrachos picked up a 2-0 victory. Luis Palma passed the ball into the path of Lozano who managed to chip the goalkeeper. Bryan Rochez then finished off the scoring as by placing the ball into the low bottom corner. Mexico will have it all to do when they host Honduras at the Estadio Azteca. Mexico will be relying on non other than Santiago Gimenez to inspire a win and send El Tri to the semi finals. Santiago Gimenez is currently in the form of his life netting 15 goals in 15 games.

The Canadians managed to edge out the Reggae Boys 2-1. Canada will have a massive advantage now that they are playing the second leg at home. Jonathan David netted home the opener as tapped in a cross from Larin. Jamaica equalized through Shamar Nicholson as the Reggae Boys took advantage of poor marking from the Canadians.
